Making the Exhibitor process easy
Exhibitors will have their own portal to build their booth with drag-and-drop functionality.
In the booth, Exhibitors can:
- Utilize attendee Digital Briefcase for downloadable material
- Choose different booth sizes looks and colors
- Utilize live chat, video chat, and chat-by-appointment
- Upload posters, links, pictures, and videos to display & download
- Get individual Exhibitor analytics
Additional Exhibitor support:
- We hold an Exhibitor Summit to review the portal and other important information
- We have plenty of online videos and articles to support the Exhibitors designing their booths
- Our team is always available to assist with questions prior to and during the event, and can handle booth builds for an additional fee

- Your main responsibility is providing the event information and providing feedback/revisions
- Dedicated admin portal lets you make real-time platform changes and house all event analytics
Attendee Support:
- eAttend staff manages technical support throughout the virtual event platform via phone, email and chat.
- Our staff is located in the US and available to help before, during and after the event.
- We provide training for your staff on platform navigation and basic technical solutions.
