As always, you sent an amazing tech, Andy was fabulous! He kept every presentation running smoothly. He even helped me facilitate a presentation with a speaker via speakerphone (the weather that weekend was pretty awful and she didn’t want to drive up). The event’s biggest hot button was sound quality in the dining room. Image AV was brought on this year and knocked it out of the park. The AV in the room was stellar, and earned rave reviews from the staff and guests. You did a great job working with Nicola and their budget to ensure that their needs were met while staying within their set budget parameters.

I’m compelled to tell you how grateful I am to Derek Harris and Drew Vallejo for the tremendous job they do onsite. They work work tirelessly to ensure all presentation rooms are set to specification well before the start of the event. They often times go above and beyond the call of duty to assist attendees and first time presenters load and format their presentations in the Speaker Ready Room. These two are the first one in and last one out everyday! They check in with me multiple times during the day and from time to time even rustle me up some lunch or a much needed bottle of water when I can’t find the time to break away.
