Here's a look at some of the recent events we've worked on.

 

MIC 2023

 

Attendance: 1,000

Number of Event Days: 2

Event Sessions: 

  • General sessions in Four Seasons Ballroom
  • 5 concurrent breakout sessions

Additional Services: 

  • Exhibitor workshops and booth AV support
  • Digital signage/branding in various locations
  • LED wall on the main stage was ground supported eliminating rigging costs

 

ProGreen 2023

Attendance: 5,000+

Number of Event Days: 3

Event Sessions: 

  • Over 100 seminars to a record-breaking attendance!

  • Due to high registrations, we handled last minute room changes and updates to accommodate the larger audience

Additional Services: 

  • More than 250 Exhibitor booths

  • The large Expo portion included a live demo of a real tree climbing and testing sessions to certify arborists

  • General session in Bellco Theatre with lectured recordings and coordinated production including rehearsal

  • 20+ breakouts including a variety of streaming, recording, and streaming + recording rooms for in-person audiences between 50-250

  • Offsite breakouts in conjunction with the conference
