We’ve been making planning events easier for 35 years! We opened our doors in 1988 in a small basement office and have grown to a 22,000 square-foot headquarters with multiple locations throughout Colorado. It's been an unbelievable journey.

We’re so lucky to call Denver our home for 35 years. Our headquarters houses most of our staff, inventory of AV equipment and Modular Backdrops panels, and our virtual production studio and green screen.
We are also the only local AV company for meetings and events in the Breckenridge/Summit County area. Our office is inside the Beaver Run Resort.
And for the last 15 years, we've been the onsite production partner at the Colorado Convention Center, Denver's largest meeting and event venue.

And while we're not the official in-house AV company for Gaylord Rockies meetings, we've been the production partner for a lot of events there.

Now the real fun begins! We'll start with an in-depth kick-off meeting where you'll meet your team and walk us through your vision and goals for your event. We'll use our trusted planning framework to outline everything that needs to happen before the show starts, which assigns tasks and due dates to the planning team. From there, we'll meet monthly or weekly (or whatever frequency you prefer) to check in on progress.
We absolutely love getting to flex our creative muscles. Your set design is your audience's first impression, so we spend time deciding what feelings and responses you want them to have. We combine the latest AV technology with various creative elements like our stage design panels, lighting techniques, and more.
Often we'll give you options to choose from, and iterate on the designs until we find the one that's just right.

Your budget is important and we treat it that way. We start discussing it at the beginning of the planning process and continually check in to make sure we're delivering production solutions that meet both your event needs and your budget.
And it's not just about staying within your budget, it's about constantly finding ways to reduce it. For example, we saved the Wireless Infrastructure Association thousands of dollars by engineering a way to support a massive 72' by 18' screen with no rigging costs.
And when we worked with National Down Syndrome Congress, we knew the client and the venue, so we removed equipment from their RFP we knew they wouldn't need. This resulted in the same production value they sought but for less money!
