Denver Gold Group Event Details

The annual Gold Forum Americas went big and bold this year with a transition to full LED! Denver Gold Group elected to have their General Sessions, Breakouts, and 1-on-1 appointments in the same Exhibit space this year to make the conference feel more intimate. We were tasked with providing a custom solution to create three independent presentation stages that ran programming simultaneously for three days in the Exhibit Hall.

We decided on a massive LED wall for their General Session - at nearly 20' tall and over 54' wide, it weighed close to 6.5 tons! Almost 400 panels were used to create an immersive GS screen. The results speak for themselves! We also built smaller LED walls for the Breakout Sessions, closer to 100 panels each. These enhanced the quality and technology of a high-profile conference.

We also tackled the challenge of audio bleed in the Exhibit Hall with dedicated sound reinforcement speaker placement to manage audio overflow, keeping a focus on participant clarity and experience. We also provided real-time visual monitoring of market activity in the espresso lounge, along with interactive touch screens located throughout the meeting space for easy access for all attendees.
