Northwestern Mutual: AV Event Portfolio

Event Details

Being in house at the Colorado Convention Center, we have the unique opportunity to partner with other production companies on events of all sizes. For the Northwestern Mutual regional event, we worked with two other companies to execute. One handled the General Session in the Bellco Theatre, while we managed all the breakouts. We also partnered with Pure Local Services, a DMC, to put together the final night gala. We provided all the AV services needed for full ballroom lighting, audio for live band mixing, and more!

Some of the breakout rooms were so large that they ultimately operated as mini General Sessions, having enough equipment and technical staff to meet audience sizes. This was a fast-moving planning process, and we worked closely (and quickly!) with the Northwestern team on room layouts and floor plans, also working around room capacities and access times.

We truly love partnering with other production companies at the CCC! Our number one priority as the in-house AV provider is to deliver high quality production to all clients, no matter our role. We've taken stress off of numerous partners and events by using our knowledge of the CCC and Union to set all events up for success!
