Event Details

The American Bar Association Annual Meeting was held at the Colorado Convention Center, where Image Audiovisuals served as ABA's production partner. The ABA professional community spent a week connecting with peers, enjoying receptions, and learning in breakout sessions. We worked closely with the ABA team to provide content in real time to engage their members with live meeting updates. We also managed an incredibly detailed and complex script for the House of Delegates portion of the meeting, utilizing both a show caller and PM to make sure things ran smoothly.

The Annual Meeting also features two ICWs, which operate like min-conferences. The National Conference of Bar Presidents and the National Association of Bar Executives foster additional learning and networking opportunities.
