You’ll love our comprehensive and proactive planning process! We start with an in-depth discovery meeting that sets up our planning framework. This framework helps keep us on track, on time, and allows for all the deliverables to be kept in one location. We meet at a regular frequency so you can see our progress.
We believe our greatest value to you is identifying missed opportunities and potential problems. Maybe that's bringing in team members with different subject matter experience, adding new technology tools, or updating floor plans and set designs to create a new vision.

Absolutely! We're the perfect partner for hybrid events; we have all of the services you need under one roof. Combine our live event production with our proprietary virtual platform (which can be custom branded to look exactly like the CCC), add in live streaming or recording and you've got everything you need!
Plus, take advantage of our Presentation Management Portal which streamlines the process of organizing, gathering, and uploading presenter material for your event. Think of it as a virtual speaker ready room. It's especially helpful if you have a mix of in-person and virtual presenters, or anyone pre-recording presentations or posters.
Once we determine the design budget and inspirational direction, we get to work developing CAD and 3D rendering options. You'll get to choose from a few designs with the ability to get a good feel of what they'll really look like before we move forward.
