For business development manager Simon Melser, orchestrating the audiovisual needs of the American Animal Hospital Association’s annual meeting in November was especially gratifying.
“People go to a lot of conferences, a lot of meetings, and a lot of dinners, and they tune out,” he says. “Our job is to make gatherings as interactive and experiential for the attendees as possible. Our job is to help our clients connect and to communicate valuable information that their attendees will be engaged in.”
For the AAHA the Image team took particular care – months in the planning – to create just that. The focus, Melser explained, was on content and the construction of a stealth wall that enabled them to implement a 3D video mapping presentation.
In this 3D format, the content, Melser said, becomes “upscale, interactive, and vibrant.” No more multiple screens, black curtains, or uplighting.
The client was impressed.
“So much of our success with our new conference format was due to our work with ImageAV,” said Heather Loenser, DVM, senior veterinary officer of the American Animal Hospital Association. “They are pragmatic and precise yet creative and contemporary. Their ability to deliver on an individualized, imaginative, and innovative experience was crucial as we launched a groundbreaking conference experience after a great deal of success with a format that hadn’t changed much in the past 10 years. Wowing our audience of skeptical scientists would’ve been impossible without ImageAV.”
