  • Included lectures, workshops, networking areas, breakfast sessions, debates, Ted Talks, roundtables, and House of Delegates
  • Multiple room changes and staggered load-in schedule

  • 8 month process designing the floor plans for all rooms
  • Helped IFMA design creative screen content that changed daily

American Bar Association 2023

Attendance: 700+

PMI Mile Hi

Attendance: 1,000+

Nonprofit Technology Conference

  • GS and 2 breakout rooms live streamed and recorded content
  • Virtual presenters were streamed into GS and breakout rooms

MIC 2023

ProGreen 2023

  • Over 100 seminars to a record-breaking attendance!

  • Due to high registrations, we handled last minute room changes and updates to accommodate the larger audience

  • More than 250 Exhibitor booths

  • The large Expo portion included a live demo of a real tree climbing and testing sessions to certify arborists

2022 Steel Conference

Attendance: 4,000

Number of Event Days: 3

Event Sessions: 

  • General session in Bellco Theatre with lectured recordings and coordinated production including rehearsal

  • 20+ breakouts including a variety of streaming, recording, and streaming + recording rooms for in-person audiences between 50-250
