Event Details
The American Society of Crime Laboratory Directors (ASCLD) held their Annual Symposium at the Hyatt Regency Denver at Colorado Convention Center. The Symposium brings together the best and brightest of forensic science management.
This was our second year partnering with ASCLD (last year we were at the Birmingham Jefferson Convention Complex). Our second year is one of our favorites, because we've established the trust and technology needs, so we get to really focus on the creative. We might be biased, but we think we delivered!
For their main stage, we designed an LED wall to look like it had a doorway for presenter entrances and exits. By moving a section of middle panels back, it created an area of negative space we were able to map really unique content to. We worked with key speakers to build content that resonated with them. One loves to ice fish, so his entrance looked like he was walking out of an ice fishing shack.
Watch the video below for a few examples of different entrances we designed! During presentations, we had subtle motion graphics that matched the event's theme. The audience response was great!
