PLUS Chicago: AV Event Portfolio

Event Details

The Professional Liability Underwriting Society (PLUS) Annual Conference met in Chicago for its most recent event. One thing PLUS does really well is immerse its event its host's city. They highlighted Chicago's culture with favorite foods, neighborhoods and classic films such as the Blues Brothers & Ferris Bueller's Day Off.

The General Session featured a 60' wide LED screen that was set against duel backlit surfaces to create a gradient depth with changing colors. Custom graphics utilized with offset video and content windows helped balance the physical aspects of the stage while elevating the audience's experience as if they were part of a live studio audience tailored to broadcast with an intimate interview feel.

Musical acts, food trucks, networking receptions, and topical content delivered with state-of-the-art lighting and LED technologies created an experience like no other!
